Who We Are?
We engage in peer-to-peer coaching as our core operating principle, not passive networking. Members help each other translate insight into action as we lift each other and build together. This community exists to replace isolated experimentation with shared momentum and to create durable, measurable impact for people and organizations.
For the past two years, RIC has been incubated through hands-on convenings of senior practitioners exploring how AI is reshaping the future of work. These gatherings were not just discussions. They were working sessions where leaders designed, tested, and refined AI-driven practices they could immediately apply inside their organizations.
Today, RIC operates as a scaled execution network of C-suite executives and transformation leaders. Members pressure-test enterprise decisions, accelerate adoption through shared playbooks, and move AI-driven workflow reinvention faster than any organization could alone. Together, we build high-trust learning teams, pilot breakthrough implementations, and codify the practices shaping how work gets done in the AI era.
What We Do?
We engage members in peer-to-peer coaching and co-elevation, where leaders actively help one another solve real transformation challenges. Through the sharing of best practices and the co-creation of practical solutions, members translate insight into action and drive meaningful change inside their organizations.
